Italian vintage brought to the 2020s. Successful shapes combine with modern materials in these cycling glasses. The design takes into account aerodynamics and airflow to prevent fogging. The glasses have a large surface area to protect the eyes and face area, but are still extremely lightweight.
The frame material is Grilamid. The Megol rubber nose pad ensures comfort and prevents the glasses from slipping, and the ends of the temples are also made of the same material to prevent slipping.
The basic model has a mirrored RW contrast lens, which is scratch-resistant and hydrophobically treated. Red, green and yellow colors pass through the lens, which improves contrast and color separation as well as depth perception. The 022 is supplied with a second transparent lens, which is easy and quick to replace.
The RWX version (RWX by NXT® ) has a mirrored photochromic lens. Thanks to the state-of-the-art photochromic technology, it offers the right level of protection when needed, as it instantly adapts to the amount of light and also protects against 100% of UV rays. The RWX by NXT® lens is versatile due to its wide range of brightness: at its brightest, class 1 for low-light environments and weather conditions and in poor lighting, at its darkest, class 3 when used in bright conditions. The mirror coating protects against glare and reduces eye fatigue. The oleophobic front coating prevents scratches, smudges, fingerprints, dust and water on the outer surface of the lens. When you order the RWX lens, you also get a RW and a clear lens, for a total of three easily interchangeable lenses.
