The liquid sealant moves freely inside the ring. When a tire breaks, the substance penetrates the damaged area and reacts with air to seal it.
The appropriate amount of sealant for MTB tires is 60-120ml, 40-60ml for road tires and 125ml for plus and fat tires.
Remember to add sealant every few months, even if the tire is not damaged. This will ensure sufficient sealant quantity under all conditions.
